 Nice product, but it does NOT work with Vista. November 11, 2008
This unit locked on really quick and worked great for a few minutes and then blue screened my laptop. Same problem over and over. Tried everything, it does not work with Vista.

Why will you wait for satellites to be found when you can have this antenna?.
I was shoked when i connected it on my Vista Ultimate 64 Bits. I was afraid on the x64 drivers and that thing but it was just perfect (Plug & Sail). I didn't knew anything about GlobalSat but now i'm kind of lovin' it.! I'll use it on my laptop as a gps for Maptech Chart View and it's stunning how this little thing works. Testet inside my home and it showed me where i was. Tested latter inside my boat and the same thing. Works better than garmin's 100's $$ gps antennas.
I recommend this product to everyone.!

With the current technology that is! I like this much better than my previous receiver. Most of the dead spots with my last one, ended up coming up with this one. Not sure if the waterproof part works, although I'm sure it does because the reception is awesome!

It has perfromed as advertized. Software was easy to install and the GPS position showed quickly includeing DGPS. I've been using it for about a month with Nobeltec 8.2 on a laptop and am very pleased with the results.
The perfect solution July 7, 2008
Super easy setup!! I was looking for a GPS receiver to use with Microsoft Streets and Trips. This device is that perfect companion. With a regular GPS device you can't plan custom trips. The combination of a receiver and a laptop running mapping software allows me to plan (and save) custom routes.
