This portable unit with a 266 MHz processor is ready to go when you are--no downloading or PC connection required. Exceptionally easy to use, the WGPX-635 gives you easy access to pre-loaded maps of the United States and millions of points of interest. The WGPX-635 features a large, anti-glare, 3.5-inch color TFT LCD touch screen with turn-by-turn directions, as well as audible and visual prompts to get you where you need to go easily and safely.

Canadian maps are included on DVD.

Mounting this system is a snap--just use the included windshield mount to keep your unit exactly where you need it. Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars A very good low-cost GPS   July 14, 2008
I got this GPS for a real deal at another store. I've been very happy with it and it's saved me a few times. I was in an out of town wedding and whoever wrote the directions to the church, rehearsal dinner, reception, brunch, etc. did not know north from west nor right from left. Everywhere we (and the rest of the out-of-town members of the wedding party) went following the directions we were lost. My GPS repeatedly saved the day. In one seemingly odd route, the Whistler sent us twirling around five consecutive cloverleaves. We were convinced it was stuck and we were going in circles. As we emerged from the 5th cloverleaf, it said "turn right in 200 feet." We did and we were there. There is no way any human could have explained how to do that, but the Whistler got us there faster than anyone else.

1 out of 5 stars Junk!   May 22, 2008

This GPS is complete junk. Mine had repeated software problems after just 4 months of use. I had to reload the maps twice and it finally crashed for good. Customer service was no help - telling me to reload the maps both times only masked the issues. It's cheap, overpriced junk. Mine ended up crashing totally and is unusable. '''''For $260 i expected better and I suspect the company knows it's pedalling chinese junk at western-made prices because they stopped returning my e-mails after I told them it broke again. Don't buy it unless you like $260 paper weights. Junk Junk Junk Junk Junk.
