I spent a lot of money for this item and they substituted a teddy bear that had no t-shirt and no curly hair. It sure looked like the teddy bear that other merchants are asking less than half-the-price for. I have yet to be reimbursed for RMAing it back to them and UPS shows it was delivered 2 weeks ago. To make matters worse there was no offer to reimburse shipping for returning their cheaper substitute item. Avoid this item & company.
