Customer Reviews:
This voice-enabled device totally rocks! November 4, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This Pioneer GPS-enabled Portable Navigation Device supports it all - GPS navigation, iPod/flash drive/SD card connectivity for selecting and listening to music, and Bluetooth support for Handsfree interaction with your mobile phone!
Furthermore, this device is the First of its Kind (tm) to support Conversational Voice Recognition by VoiceBox Technologies. You heard right. Conversational Voice Recognition.
What that means is that you can talk to and engage in a simple dialogue with the device, to get it to do what you want. No more reading the user manual and memorizing a long list of keywords to command the device. Just use plain English sentences!
Check out this blurb about VoiceBox on the Pioneer website:

This device is ground-breaking and first-of-its-kind in its voice technology support. Totally cool!
