Good product, lousy service August 16, 2008

The GPS mount arrived on time but with no instructions. I contacted Semsons. Their excuse was that Amazon will not allow them to include an Internet link to the manufacturer's instructions. It seems never to have occurred to them to make a printout (one lousy page!) and pack it with the product! I told them that is idiotic and inexcusable. This is my first and last experience with Semsons.
