the memory card was broken when it arrived, i have not gotten around to buy a new one, i want more space anyway, so no point in sending it back. The actual device has no internal memory so the card is important. i have used it for its bluetooth capabilities. it works very well with my phone-it uploads my contacts onto the screen and works very well with the phone and with talking
