I'M TYPING IN CAPS BECAUSE I AM YELLING. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A MACK WARRANTY AND IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DO NOT SEND YOUR SYSTEM TO MACK TO REPAIR. I SWEAR I SENT A 1,000 VD/DVD UNIT TO JUST CLEAN SOME DUST AND THEY BROKE IT AND ARE NOW TRYING TO BLAME THE SHIPPING COMPANY. THEY ARE TRULY AND I MEAN TRULY PATHETIC. I HAVE SEVERAL WARRANTIES WITH THEM AND I PRAY I WILL NEVER HAVE TO USE THEM. I NOTIFIED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND HOPEFULLY I WILL GET MY UNIT REPLACED. IF YOU BUY THEIR WARRANTY THEN YOU MY FRIEND DID NOT LISTEN. THERE IS ANOTHER WARRANTY COMPANY THAT I HAVE BOUGHT FROM AMAZON IN WHICH YOU CAN TAKE YOUR SYSTEM TO THEM LOCALLY IN SANTA MONICA. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR BUT IT SEEMS I HAVE TOO!!
