I purchased the Trim Track Pro GPS SR thinking that it came in it's own magnetic case or the magnetic case shown in the accessories was the case to order. When it arrived I found that I was wrong on both counts.
The device seems satisfactory but I can't seem to get a response from KJB Security Products in Nashville, TN as to where I can find a magnetic case for the unit and without one I don't need the unit and will probably send it back.
KJB says on their site that I can buy from one of their dealers but there is no listing of dealers anywhere on their site!
I've now sent two e-mails to KJB's sales department with no response from them. Guess they didn't say anything about customer service being great.
