Don't buy one of theseMarch 24, 2008 This is the most complicated, dysfunctional scanner we've ever seen. We're a communications company and have two engineers, one electrical and one a programmer, who spent hours going over the manual and product trying to program it. The manual is awful, and doesn't even explain some of the basic settings. The things it does explain are unintelligible. Do not waste your money on this scanner. We wouldn't even give it 1 star, except that Amazon wouldn't take it without any stars checked.
